For the majority who haven't heard of the manga, it's a James Bond-esque super spy who ended up almost dying, so his brain was transplanted into a new body... of a young woman. To his annoyance.
Long hair is canon, but I figure he'd want short hair. If it weren't for the brain transplant scars.
