Vitamin C - always make sure you have fruits and veggies in your daily routine - not tons of calories but essential vitamins and fiber plus nothing in nicer than that citrusy smell after peeling it - well except bacon - bacon smells amazing!

I’ll go with a lumberjack plaid and put it with a patterned tshirt - it’s a 4xl and barely buttons so leaving it open will work - the actual fabric is lightweight n looks disctresed so it has a designer vibe - never easy to find clothes but you need to work your options
