Big man, little car
I drove a VW beetle for a many years and it was surprisingly roomy inside, but standing next to it you can’t figure out how someone gets all that tonnage into that seemingly little car.

It‘a a huge event and there were always vendors out and one had lots of tshirts and tank tops with the various acronyms of the NY police, fire etc - this was pre 9/11 so these departments we’re not connected to the same deep ...
