One arm Rows .. my fav. π
Heaviest dumbell I have at home is 75lb. In the gym Iβll hit 90-100. I may have to invest in a set. Iβd definitely use them..I chest press the same weightπ π₯°

Curls..
Biceps were not my favourite to train. I avoided lol.
Then I took notice how underdeveloped my arms were compared to my delts .. not cool. So then I decided to burn them to the ground. π₯°πͺ
they are coming along now. Iβll take a measurement next day I train arms! Cold and pumped! π
