Game engines work in Tri's which is 3 vertexes in order to made up a face. but in blender and most other 3D packages they work in quads for better smoothing (4 vertexes).

This is a working view port screen recording of the base block out scene from the first 10 seconds of animation start (looking at about 1 mins roughly of unique animation).
No scenery or lighting but that's the tarty bits that take a few hours to do and done right at the end otherwise is slows down animating speed in FPS...
