Leona buff is okay, good pick into rakan naut , in aggro lanes, but you can also play renata, but if u want engage leona is good pick into these picks.
Singed support better now too, good vs yuumi, rakan.
Thresh buff biggest change for supports this patch, alot of Vi etc this meta like hard engage champs, thresh...

Draven by far best adc this patch , so adding a new tier for him so i can separate some adcs in S tier.
Sivir in matchups where she spams E is worse, so like vs ezreal karma she was a good pick ( still is good ) but is now worse. In all in lanes she should save her E anyways so dont really matter i think.

Jarvan E Q combo is so much lower cd now and the passive buff is nice, Also most ADCs in the meta atm are fucked vs jarvan except for kalista zeri. Up a tier.
