Leblanc isnt up a tier yet for me personally, but you should play her for sure she isnt bad , like her winrate is bad but its not real imo, shes not THAT bad.

Fiddle back in s+, good buffs
karthus down a tier because fiddle is so strong, there isnt a clear winner in ap jungler anymore, which is what karthus was before.

elise up a tier, wouldnt want to play her still but buffing base stats on a champ that wants to snowball early is quite nice.

corki dead for soloq especially, comp still PLAYABLE but , alot worse, also next patch when they nerf sustain he will sufefr alot in lane.
keep in mind the % max health damage of galio Q being buffed when people also have more HP than usual, is pretty good. galio got nerfed alot so dont expect to see him soon but maybe...

Seraphine nerf doesnt fix the issue overall ( Her W really OP cus shieldbreak and heal reduction is both nerfed, especially heal cut. ) I do think mid is her worst role tho compared to botlane, but for sure a fine pick
