I am exhausted!!!! I had to log back in this evening to help complete a project... mind you my work day starts again in less than 5 hours... But it's all good. As soon as I logged out, I captured this snap. Look at my stretchies! I can't wait to make them bigger.  My first Buffet Adventures post is coming up next!

My Favorite Pasta Bake

I love my take on baked ziti, using penne instead.

3 lbs of cheese, 2 pounds of meat, 2 pounds of sauce, and 1 pound of pasta. Delicious, cheesy heaven. I have to share SOME of it with hubby… but let’s see how long before I have devoured this pan. 😈

Working nights is nice in some ways. One of those is that when I don't feel like being bothered... I just snack/eat!

After Lunch w/ Old Boss

I think my old boss likes seeing me eat. We used to go lunch all the time, and he’d treat often. Today after we met up for lunch for the first time in a while and he treated me again, he said we need to get back to having lunch regularly. I’m ok with this. 🤤😅
