The image was done in Clip Studio Paint and auto-converted to PSD. In most cases the conversion is flawless, but CLIP file is recommended.

I thought you might want to take a look at the layer effects and filters I used in 3D renders. I tend to use the Nik Collection filters to give different color tones and mix them with layer opacity.
