So, with this case, I made a critical error of working from the wrong sketch out of a couple I had worked out, and ended up lining fully one version and having to go back and line the proper one (this).

So, as I was trying to get clearer reference for the color scheme, I realized I'd been working off of related pics but not the 'proper' reference the whole time, soooo I had to go back and readdress some lineart and colors. Said lineart's been updated in the previous posts

It's been a rough month for keeping up on stuff with irl business going on, so it's taken a while and a bunch of schedule rearrangements to get some larger priorities out of the way; all hopes towards May being smoother but 'ey progress is happenin' now.
