Reason for Ziggler vs. Kofi at Super Showdown

I'm going to publish a full report on this on Fightful tonight, but I just had it confirmed that a primary factor in WWE moving to Dolph Ziggler for Kofi Kingston for WWE Super Showdown is that Kevin Owens told WWE that he didn't want to go to Saudi Arabia for the show.

In regards to the new championship being revealed tonight at Raw, Fightful Select has been told that it is not a Legends Title, as originally rumored. 

We weren't given an actual name for the championship, but we're told the style would somewhat emulate the spontaneous nature that surrounded the Hardcore Title's 24...
