New opportunity!

In Sydney for the week - hotel room is a little tight so doing a little practice and movement on the bed! :P 

Been offered a new job opportunity in Sydney to teach yoga next year. :) Feeling grateful. x

According to astrology - there’s lots happening at the moment. I’m definitely feeling it. I’m about halfway through another round of yoga teacher training. The intentions I set before the course are definitely coming into fruition - I wanted to focus on embodiment within myself, dealing and letting go of my shit as well...

Somewhat a day off, I did a two hour yoga class followed by a one hour reformer pilates. 🙄🫣

Woo completed another 100 hours towards my yoga teaching. I did so well this morning! So much improvement within as I’ve opened up my heart. 💕 Next thing for me to explore is embodiment. My second kundalini meditation is later today! ✨
