Still going strong in Bali 💪

It’s been abit of an emotional roller coaster here. 🎢 Excited, inspired, stressed, crying, vulnerable. 🥹 Super huge workload and I have examinations tomorrow and Friday. 🧘🏻‍♀️ So grateful I haven’t gotten sick since it’s inevitable sometimes when travelling to a foreign country. 🙏

I moved away from the city to the mountains almost eight months ago. I was a little worried that the distance would affect my connections I had in the city life. 

However, a lot of my relationships have strengthened both in my personal and professional life. I think I've had more visitors to my house than ever befo...

I had such an awesome time at the retreat. Made some new connections within the fitness and wellness industry and opened my mind to new possibilities for my future. 🌙 Possibly doing a shiatsu workshop toward the end of the year. ✨

Me and Minty have just been at home as I think Sydney is flooding again. My house in the mountains is okay so far, I live on the top of the slope so might have a creek in my backyard soon!

Been spending all day revamping my sites and advertising! I've booked lots of flights and hotels and definitely have a hectic next few months coming... Will be in Sydney, Byron Bay, Perth, Brisbane, Bali, London, Paris, Singapore and Hawaii! Also a little FMTY whilst I'm in the US. 

I'm kinda sad that I'll be away ...

I’m back! I’ve got quite the tan from my European adventures. 😳 I’m planning my trip again for September.

Only a couple days left until I’m home! 🏡

Super excited to begin my new adventures with potentially a new career. 🧘🏻‍♀️ I’ll still be living the Viv life when I’m travelling or when swept away by getaway holidays like I have been this month! ✈️🤤 London, Zurich and Florence were amazing. 😍
