First sketch animatic

New clip

Testing out their 8bit "voices". I choose to make them similar but also different enough to note. Thats a World 6 clip!!

Yuri and I were struggling to decide which game should we animate next. We arent doing smash part 2 right now since we wanna wait for the video to perform better in the future..
We came up with the idea for working with Yoshi's Story N64. I got my 64 all set up to play it on my japanese copy, we did get a few ideas from it...

Alternative ending

We came up with a lot of different endings. One in which kirby selected "continue" but it would cost in game coins. Cut Smash scene.

When the video was almost done, we came up with the idea of the video starting with someone putting on gloves and picking up amiibos before the final video's first scene. We ended up scrapping that up. Here's its initial sketch board, though! By @golfinhoyuri.

Doing backgrounds

Going back to smash bros after finishing other stuff, now's only the backgrounds remaining! Called a bunch of friends to help coloring and they've done a great job.

Screenshots of finalized scenes. We are in the coloring part already, im optimistic about releasing this video in this month. Im also trying a new type of film effect, by double exposing the video and having everything have a drop shadow like cels would.

New video scene

I wanted everything to be done by december so the video could be uploaded on early january. It seems like we do need more time to finish everything, specially coloring. Animation is 90% done! Not sure how many minutes it has. I think 12?

i might need to do filler videos while doing gold 2. Trust me we're working hard on it (too hard, as a matter of fact!) but its been almost 4 months since my last upload and gold 2 is still at its 10th minute! (It's estimated to last 20 - 25 minutes, like part 1)

Also, the video is great so far! The best we've done. Ha...
