Most of the changes made for this video are in how the portrait looks (the frame and face), and the movement of the eye at the end. The heart is cleaner, and so is the arrow and clock, but the eye took the most work. And the camera tilt up in the void. Also the sound effects at the end...

The first sequence before this is mostly dialogue and transitions, while this second sequence is nearly all visual. It's interesting to me how similar the final product is to this animatic.
