It's always fun to take characters that have been super abstracted/simplified, and make them look more like their real species. Arthur is a prime example, lol.

It's interesting to redesign characters like Matilda as their intended species (in this case, a chicken) when their original design doesn't bear a whole lot of resemblance to the real animal :P
