While working on the Crips peds that would replace the Ballas, I discovered that the OFHCC gang is active in the 137th Street, Compton. This is much more realistic than put 2-11 Crips to Compton. The only difference is the absence of Texas Longhorns merchandise, which is an identifying feature for 2-11 gang members.
