WOD 1:

5x:

15 calorie assault bike 

50# farmer carry 

5 front squats 

4x:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1(chipper)

pullups with 1 squat clean between each round 

so 10 pullups, 1 squat clean, 9 pullups, 1 squat clean.. etc

then,

100 reps of all:

March Workouts 5-7

#5:

Partner workout

100 calorie ski machine, split between the two, go as hard as you can then hand off to partner or break it up into 10-15cals. 

4x:

12 row machine- moderate weight, 3 second hold, 3 second negative 

6/6 single arm kettlebell rows w/6 second negative

20 jump squats 

after fourth set, do a 3 weight drop set on extensions followed with as many jump squats as you can (goal is: 20)

5x:

6-8 zercher squats

February Head Vomit

OOOOOPS my huge apologies for not getting February's head vomit in before the Month was over, I was real busy starting tattooing and attending the Arnold and then getting very sick. It slipped my mind but I kept thinking I was behind on something somewhere.
