I tried something new today and I'm pretty happy about the outcome. Thanks @casparperkin for your help.
On the left you see the Rounders QD. For the Remedies in the middle I changed the viewing direction since no standard court is looking straight to you. I changed the hair, added an extra circle around the pupils and I changed the lips to match the standard court card design.
