I love pages without dialogue! It's a fun challenge to convey reactions without words or explicit explanations, so Minnow's kissy reassurance and Sette's shruggy little I dunno bring me life. Poor Uaid though. By comic's end there may be nothing left.

It was fun to dip back into Jivi's flashback/dream style. Haven't seen it since waaaaay back in chapter 3. Jivi's a very proud kid. He's more like his mother than he'd ever want to admit. Ahh, but aren't we all.

Sette doesn't really know how to talk to kids, so she falls back to bragging and insulting and bossing people around. Makes it hard to like her, but she doesn't have a lot of experience with normies!

Not that Jivi and Matty are the most normal kids in the world but at least their butts end where they're suppose to.
