This is one of those ideas that is satirical, sure, but also leans heavily into absurdist imagery; its jokes like these that I'm unsure are quite as funny outside of my own head- the concept could be improved by providing proper context, movement, and comic timing, such that I think it might be funnier as a skit, for example....
