Server came up with this lil' annoying thing LOL. Arthur the Emolga is this fat lil nerd who never shuts up, corrects others, and thinks he can be good with woman. He means well though, not meaning to be annoying, and will shut when asked. Orrrr you can just use him as a cocksleeve to shut him up. That works too :3
