The bar installed exterior lights that now cast a lot of shadow in that spot. I tried to brighten the video a bit, which resulted in this grainy effect (noise). I could film in black and white 'night vision' mode, but the audio capture is awful, forcing me to mute the video anyway.

Bad news and good news
I got home only to find out that after a power surge in the area, my computer's motherboard got fried. I ordered a new one, but it won't arrive until October 6th. I'm going to try to edit some videos on my phone so I don't go completely silent until then.
