Surprise post #3?

Dug some pics from the archives and compared it to today. Even tho I’m currently regaining some lost weight seeing the progress I made motivated me even more to blow past the regains and make new gains as fast as possible.

I wanted to give you all a quick update on my health. Lately, I’ve still been dealing with pretty intense stomach aches and very minimal bowel movements. It’s been a tough time physically and mentally, but I’m doing my best to take care of myself and get to the bottom of it.
