Walking up in the water as sun wakes up too, behind clouds that might not vanish today. Admiring the bottom of the river, now without tadpoles. The soil is covered by tiny jumping frogs, so much that feels trippy. Contrast between my slowness today and their activity!

For me the first thing in the morning is a dip. When I wasn't living by the river it used to be a cold shower or yoga. Practices to start the day energised (or awake at least!)
