I dried in the sun, did Qiging feeling how it dried, it cracked... And went back again, letting the red water run down to its original place...

My morning swim was really joyful. After swimming up and down the stream I found a small patch where the rays of sunshine were touching water. And so I stayed there, soaking in the delicate glimmers.

We found an entrance to the local river in between a day of paperwork, offices, chores in order to recalibrate ourselves again. Swimming in the atmosphere of the forest

Being far away from water, I immersed into the atmosphere of the forest. Staying in these woodland is like diving in the ocean. Forest bathing taken more literally, more bare, skin to bark, skin to leaf, close contact with this more than human world who is always here. Delightful wild(dry)swim.

I just love swimming and bathing with seaweed, sea lettuce in particular because of the texture and the vibrancy of the colour, the way sun light gets through... It awakens my senses and my aliveness gets fully charged. Such a wonderful time!
