This item is balanced around slot based encumbrance, with each skull taking up one slot. If you are using weight based encumbrance, you may need to re-balance as necessary.

Consider making this a chaotic intelligent sword with the special purpose of manipulating lawful or neutral characters into becoming chaotic themselves. Therefore it will not damage characters who do not match its alignment.
