While waiting for Luger's eyes to properly heal/adjust to the implants, Loammi hatches a scheme. Her abilities have her convinced Rak will show up in Hubworld again....

She's a touch upset after not being warned how terrifyingly unhinged Mut'la is.
It's implied Loammi and her Boscis friend prepared this charade of being a reporter and interviewing the Hub...
The shadow creates a barrier depriving our dragons of their abilities and confines them to the circle; Rastus realizes Ayari was just buying time for their capture.
Baffled, Rastus questions why his red counterpart would allow them both to be ensnared. An attempt to reason that Coven is innocent is made, but Ayari doesn't care...
