I tell you, I really do love drawing those dragon things. This particular dragon was especially fun. Kind of a damn shame they weren't more effective, really. Like, is it sick that I feel bad for these ancient military machines roaming earth...

8 episodes? Holy hell. I don't think it'll go thaaaaat much farther, but I guess we shall see. The hard thing with Dwarf fortress is that once you know what you're doing, a fort never really has to fall at all. Chances are that even in the worst fortress cataclysms you'll have at least a couple of dwarves left that can scrape...

Still really enjoying these pics. Had a lot of fun with the Hemaraj design specifically. Could totally imagine that thing wandering through this forgotten world. Would be nice to get our hands on some (functioning) guns eventually just so we can start blasting these damn things away, eh?
