Still on schedule; I should be done with the rough animation in 3 work weeks. After that, the order I'll be doing things is: cleanup/final outlines > backgrounds > animation coloring > compositing.

With this shot finished, all that's left is to put it all together. I'm going to give myself a ~week to do it, so I can give everything a onceover and also have time to make any necessary corrections.

Kanna Project Update #24
Shot 14 is coming along well. I still need to do some work on expressions, but I'll be able to start on linework tomorrow. I expect to be done by next Friday.
Kanna Project Loop #4 + Project Update
That's shot 12 done and I'm moving onto shot 14 which will have another loop. I'll have out the update for that on the 19th. I know this loop in particular is similar to the first one, but hopefully people still like it.

Things have been under way but there is still a ways to go. I want to make the turning less stiff and I need to work on the hair physics I think. I'll have another update next Friday where it should at least be close to done; it'll depend on whether this nasty cold I've had can show some mercy within a couple days.

Shot 11 is done and I'm moving onto shot 12. It'll be one of the longer shots but I'll be able to get a nice loop out of part of it too. I'll have an update on it next Friday but it definitely won't be done by then.
