Do you think Matt Taven wins the title at ROH 17th Anniversary? If so how do you feel about that?

The podcast Everything Elite (from a redditor) mentioned that Mayu Iwatani’s visa was through ROH and lasts several more years and was likely the biggest obstacle to her working elsewhere like AEW. This strikes me as an underrated but impactful factor in who goes where in the talent wars. Is something like that the type of business entanglement that lead NJPW to stick with ROH (in addition to MSG deal, which is why i never thought NJPW would ditch them before april) Do you have any info on who has visas through who? Is it fair to see that for international talent, the visa is just as important as the contract expiration days?

As of now, whats would you say is the beat guess for the value of AEW’s tv deal? Is the floor $100m, 5 years, and TNT? Thats a mere 10% of the fox deal but should nearly put AEW in the black by itself, before tickets, merch, and international deals, right? Plus, with OWE and AAA, AEW has to be looking at rights of some type in China and mexico, right?

What would your reaction have been even 3 years ago if you learned: 1) Daniel Bryan would return to an SDL that had Aj styles, samoa joe, and shinsike nakamura; 2) he would have matches with all of them and they would be...ok at best; 3) his best matches would be against Mustafa Ali, andrade, and kofi kingston As an aside, why do you think that is? Are styled and joe that washed? Have “the rest” raised the bar that much in such a short amount of time?
