2019-01-08 13:11:29 +0000 UTCboth videos on youtube were capped at 720p so maybe its an upload/bitrate issue i have fast internet and 4k monitor both were similar quality, side by side the first was cleaerer. to check the difference i went to a different 4k demo video and could see the changes at different settings.
