She still has time on her deal, and it's not a secret backstage that Renee Young passed up on a lot of opportunities to stay with WWE, something that she personally has downplayed. Both Renee and Ambrose are well liked and do a good job of keeping their professional and personal lives separate.
WWE thought Ambrose was trying to leverage for more money in the wake of the AEW announcement, which we're told actually frustrated him more.
