Gloria Sunandez is the commanding officer of the Freedom Guard. She was a naval officer who turned mutineer, and now is tasked with uniting the members of the Guard into a peacekeeping force while struggling to deal with scarce supplies and personnel.
2021 Initially I drew male and female versions of the Freedom Guard leader- this version of Gloria already has the hallmarks of her design- furrowed, lowered brows, dark eyes.
First finished sketch of Gloria- she is a bit older in this early version, and her ponytail is established (Aubrey likes to show emotional restraint through hair styles.)
