Backstage Reactions To Tony Khan/Randy Orton Twitter Beef

We're told by those close to Orton and Khan that neither really sold the argument, outside of Khan wanting to clarify that the article Orton posted was baseless. Orton seemed to laugh off the situation after Raw.
WWE wrestlers that we reached out to weren't surprised that Orton spoke up, and we're told that in regards to his controversial game stream comments, he apologized privately to at least a few members of the roster back at the WWE Smackdown debut on Fox in LA. "Randy didn't mean it, and was sorry. Hulk meant it, and was sorry he got caught" is what one wrestler has indicated to us.
One wrestler noted to us that they were just glad it was someone besides Seth Rollins, because even if he made good points, certain divisions of Twitter "have it out for him."
We didn't hear back from any AEW talent in regards to the argument as of yet.
