Gameplay Update #15: Radar

Hey guys!

There will be stages that will be too vast for the screen, which will require you to use the free look function to spot the objectives. Let's be honest, using that function over and over may end up being frustrating! In order to make things easier, we added a radar function. This allows players to detect the number of enemies and their general locations while playing the game! 

By tapping the radar button on the bottom left once, it will activate the small radar window on the bottom right. 

If you tap the button again, the radar window will increase in size and fill the screen. You can play the game with the radar size increased. 

If you tap the radar button the third time, it will turn off the radar! 

This is a concept that we are currently testing. We are planning on further improving the looks and the function of the radar!

Implementing the outer screen input to close the radar shouldn't be a problem! That would give us two ways to close the large radar. Thanks for your input!

Wow, now that I saw it, I can tell that it was a must. It's important to quickly see how many "enemies" are left. The Radar is definitely a great addition to the gameplay! ๐Ÿ‘ I just have a little comment: My reflex when I see an interface taking up almost all the space on my screen is to click in the outer margins to reduce the interface and not necessarily to click the button again. I don't know how I would react with the radar, but I'm giving you something to think about. ๐Ÿ˜‰
