Maybe you're right, and it's a misunderstanding. But the whole reason he is 'controversial' is because he did a similar misunderstanding before and caused a huge backlash. If anything, I just want this episode to be edited to let people know that this combo is not allowed, so that some unsuspecting player doesn't try to emulate it and get punished for it. People listen to this to find new lists and new ways of playing, but this list won because of a misuse of a rule, not because it was a good list. And I assure you, I am correct on the fact that this is not allowed. Fast rolling dice (rolling all the hit rolls at once) is not actually how the attack sequence is supposed to happen, it is just allowed to speed up gameplay. In this case, if you resolved each attack separately, you would get a different result.

each attack isnt resolved one at a time, the whole squad rolls to hit first, then rolls to wound.. each individual hit roll is one at a time yes.. but you cant move onto wound untill all have rolled to hit first.

What a weird attitude to have. To me it reads like it's possible, but let's say you're right. He decides he wants to cheat and the best way to do it is to announce it to everybody on a podcast? At worst, this is a simple misunderstanding of the rules. Quit your witch hunt and just sit down mate.

You got a known cheater on your podcast, then he explains how he is still cheating. You cannot fast roll dice and change canticles midway through the attack sequence. Think about it. Each attack is supposed to be resolved one at a time, you would benefit from the re-roll the hit for the first attack, then change canticles to get +1 strength for the wound roll. All attacks from then on would be at +1 strength, not re-rolls. I expect more from you guys.
