Going to get proper test-photos in a day or two, but y'all get a sneak-peek of things to come. It's janky as fuck and has a lot of experiments that I'm not sure will even work, but jesus christ it's finally done after 4-5 months of work!
Biggest difference between this and e.g. the tattooed elf - thickness, and therefore durability. This thing is 1,4mm thick, almost uniformly so. Weighs like 5kg+, and the ass is 10L+ of foam latex. It's maxed out in so many ways!
Depending on how it actually looks when worn I may go and fantasy-paint it up with patterns and stuff to get beyond uncanny valley. We'll see in a few days.
As it is right now, if I can get slightly better thickness control and less casting defects, I'll be at the stage where I'm pretty satisfied with the base technique. Slowly but surely we're getting there!

Definitely on the general roadmap to sell 'em. I've struggled with a few preconditions though (durability, look and time required). I'm hoping this (aka v6) gets me past the durability+time thresholds, after which it's only a whole heap of miscellaneous look-things I need to resolve. That said, it'll probably still cost a pretty penny simply because it's an utterly ridiculously resource-consuming project. We'll see where it goes :)
