I saw this entire episode as an exploration of the fact that when you're in trouble and you don't have much time, you'll often have to come up with a variety of plans and set them all in motion at once. Hopefully one will work even if all others fail, and if you're smart, you don't include the others in your tv episode.

Hey Andy- just wanted to say I thoroughly enjoyed your appearance on the most recent episode of "The SCTV Podcast" with their tribute to the great Harold Ramis! My wife and I were fortunate enough to see Mr. Ramis back in 2009 at the Second City 50th Anniversary weekend in Chicago where he recreated a classic job-interview stage sketch with Catherine O'Hara and Martin Short (the original of which ended up giving birth to the character of Ed Grimley). We were also very fortunate to meet him briefly after the show and he could not have been more warm and down-to-earth...everything you'd hope he would be. He is a true legend and is sorely missed by everyone that loves great comedy and movies.
