Luisa's song still gives me chills! The line "watch as she buckles and bends, but never breaks" as more and more rocks fall on her gives me chills and tears. So many people are like this, quietly carrying everything!

2026-02-06 18:02:37 +0000 UTCReally enjoyed the reaction, I’ve seen it a few times and it always gets me. You mentioned you’ve seen the “big” Disney animations (except Moana) but have you seen Onward? Onward is peak sad Disney. It was less successful but it’s one of the best.

2026-02-06 09:52:29 +0000 UTCI love the soundtrack to this movie, it's got a great variety which Disney doesn't often try to do. Including recording multiple versions of some songs (In English and Spanish) for the same soundtrack, instead of having one be for "foreign release". A great cast, too. If you notice, you can spot Bruno in the background at several points in the movie before he is revealed to be living in the walls. Most famously during the "We Don't Talk About Bruno" song, where he is actually dancing along to the song. It's a great easter egg to catch on re-watch.
