2025-06-19 20:50:37 +0000 UTCI agree we are not like them and need to try and hold ourselves (Allies) to a higher standard but seeing your comrades βthingβ stuffed in his mouth and then seeing a soldier instead of surrendering and getting aid blowing up 2 of your friends and brothers to pieces. the japs in this war were cutthroat/savages itβs hard to judge when watching it with hindsight and not be there myself included but we didnβt see what our soldiers saw. But Iβve been waiting for this reaction from you guys and love all your reactions keep it up.

2025-06-08 11:59:34 +0000 UTCAww yeah steph would love to see your grandads medals....this is a fantastic show guys...very different from band of brothers obviously because its a different theatre of war...but it was just as brutal especially in those jungles and that type of terrain...the marines were using old weapons like the vickers machine gun that needed to be water cooled because the barrel overheated so much that's why basilone burns his hands so badly because he lost his glove....well enjoy the series and masters of the air is the next installment from spielberg and hanks...its also fantastic.
