know as โsleep paralysisโ the hoodoo elders say this is a haint riding your back draining you of your energy .
Haint Blue: Haint blue is a big part of Gullah geechee hoodoo โmy peopleโ is said to drive the evil spirits away this is why most elders had there homes painted Haint blue to keep the haints away. Also the blue bottle trees use a talisman to ward off and capture the evil.

Keep a glass a bluing water by your front door to capture haints ๐
Side story: my aunt would always tell me stories about how she was born with the veil and tell me the different โHaintsโ she would see but those were just regular spirits but growing up they called all spirits haints ๐คฃ. Itโs important to decipher the difference!!
