[Archive] Can You Help Me Find This Image?

I know this is a bit of a crapshoot, but do anyone of you happen to have the image this drawing is based on? I found it on StufferDB somewhere between 2015 to 2018, perhaps 2019 at the absolute latest. I know StufferDB has a search by year option, but I've forgotten how to use it. The image was of a woman in a business suit sitting on a couch with her pants undone. She had an annoyed or inconvenienced facial expression. The image was either in black and white or the image was in color, but there weren't any vibrant colors present. I used AI to make this drawing to give you the general idea, but I'm confident the fine details are off. I think the photo may have been at a slight angle and not directly head on and she may have had a ponytail, but I'm not entirely sure. I'm sure this won't yield any results, but I figured I'd try.
