wow, that's some fast output! well done with the episode overview! i do wanna mention since someone'll probably tell you in the comments: there is a small chance that the voting was real since fans recently uncovered what patchy would have said if squidward or patrick won (though only in Spanish): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czdYbQROnA0 this doesn't confirm it of course since (as you mentioned) spongebob's ending is far too elaborate to air once and then never again. it's more a fun piece of alternate history
