I just have zero patience and yet Iβm like, letβs be a comic artist where that is a necessity. Iβm not gonna hide the fact Iβm straight up lazy and just sketch in silhouette folks and wash my hands of them, the soulless cretins π€£
If I canβt draw everyone being A-Cast level pretty, whatβs the point? Iβm a shallow artist when it comes to my OCs, sue me π€ I mean I COULD draw the background people with decent clothes and basic features but 1. I would take FOREVER and 2. Iβm incapable of drawing a character with details and ignoring them, they end up becoming a fully fledged OC if I draw them too pretty π€£
Even with them being tiny silhouette people, it took longer than I wanted to draw a crowd of them like goddamn, Iβm not here for you. I want to draw my boys.
Honestly the only time I have an ounce of patience for background characters is if thereβs 5 or less, maybe more like 3.
