This legendary racing game brings back a lot of childhood memories :) I've tried to enhance the graphics as much as possible with SSRTGI Reshade and mods without losing the game's soul. I hope you like it.

Step-By-Step Guide (Mods and configs)
How to install NFS Underground & Required Mods. How to configure various settings to get proper image when using these Reshade presets.
STEP 1. It's impossible to buy this game on any platforms: steam, EA Launcher, Epic. Only the way to play NFSU now is to get a cracked version. It's tested and 100% safe!
Download and install clear version of NFS Underground: (Installation guide included).

STEP 2. Launch the game (make sure it works) and quit.
STEP 3. Go to NFS Underground Widescreen Fix github page:

Scroll down and download NFSUnderground.WidescreenFix zip file. Extract archive and move dinput8.dll file and scripts folder to your game directory.
To set custom resolution, go to scripts folder, open NFSUnderground.WidescreenFix ini file and edit 'ResX = 0' and 'ResY = 0' lines. For example, if you want to play at 1080p resolution, apply these settings: ResX = 1920 and ResY = 1080, save file.
STEP 4. Download latest version of NFS HD Reflections mod:
Extract archive. Open NFSUHDReflections folder and move scripts folder to the game directory.
STEP 5. Download Keyboard Bidding lost_fixer mod:

Extract archive and move dimap.dll file to the game directory.
STEP 6. Download latest version of nvidiaProfileInspector and open it

Check the screenshot and set the same settings for Texture Filtering (to avoid blurry textures) and for Sync (to avoid FPS drops when using RT Presets): https://imgur.com/a/GMWQEfq
STEP 7. Download NFS Underground Retextured mod v2.0 by dragozool:

Extract archive and put NFS_Underground_RETextured_mod_v2.0_by_Dragozool texture pack file and Texmod into the game directory. For each launch of the game, you will need to load texture pack and launch the game via Texmod. (Step-By-Step guide included)
STEP 8. When you're in-game, go to: Options - Display - Configure Graphics Card - Customize Display Settings and set same settings: https://imgur.com/a/M17iHVR

Quick guide: (How to install Reshade/Preset):
01. Download Reshade: https://reshade.me/ and run downloaded file
02. Select the game in the list (Speed.exe) or press Browse and select .exe file manually
03. Choose the proper rendering API (For this game select Directx 9)
04. Select and download all effect (shader) packages
05. For the presets with Marty's RTGI shader you will need to get Marty's RTGI shader (5$ tier): https://www.patreon.com/mcflypg/
06. Download my Reshade Preset(s) archive(s), extract it and put extracted files (.ini files and the reshade-shaders folder) into the game folder where the game.exe file is located (Overwrite if asks)
07. Check in-game Reshade interface. You should see these shaders below as active in this order:
🟣 If the shader has the ✔️(Opt.) sign next to it, that shader is optional for a specific preset. You can disable it from Reshade GUI. However, these optional effects enhance immersion.

🟣 Note: I often use two methods of sharpening in my presets. One is for textures/surfaces, the second is for objects' edges (tuned for 4k gaming). But If you're playing at 1440p or 1080p and the image looks oversharpened, try turning off sharpening shaders like: AMD FidelityFX CAS, Clarity, LumaSharpen, AdaptiveSharpen or DELC_Sharpen.
🟣 Note: Some shaders may give a very subtle effect in some areas. However, they have a significant impact on other environments. So I recommend you don't turn off any shaders if you want the preset to work as it should. I'll always let you know when there are optional shaders in my presets.

🟣 Note: Presets were tweaked and tested in SDR (Non-HDR) game/monitor mode. They may not look decent in HDR mode. You can try to tweak presets using extra shaders like: LevelsPlus, PD80_03_Levels or curves by yourself for HDR TV.
The same image looks different on different screens. You might need some tweaking for your monitor's brightness/contrast/saturation if Reshade differs from the showcase.
