Which fighter's look should I revamp next?

Since I've been thinking about revamping the looks of some of my fighters(Personalized gloves and trunks, a new hairstyle, maybe they even decided to get a tattoo) I thought I'd take advantage of the new polling system to get some community involvement going! Vote for which fighter you'd like to see get a makeover next! The poll will close at midnight central time on Saturday, I'll debut the new design the following Tuesday with a new poll for the remaining fighters. Feel free to comment on what you'd like to see changed, and if there's any fighters I left off that you think should be included.
