1) I've had male characters before, primarily in "The Tank," but I make it rare and with a body type that won't have people start pestering me to put them in a match. 2) I will never do an in-ring death, or one after the fight as a result of their injuries. A career-ending injury, maybe. But for me, deaths in the ring are a cheap way to raise the stakes with no real way to de-escalate long-term.
