Excellent trivia! I was confused at first; how would a random listener know about Ashley's family? Then I saw your username; not a random listener at all! Was that Hod Sanders of Clover Club potato chips fame?

2024-08-27 17:03:21 +0000 UTCThe first KFC store is on 33rd south and State Street in Salt Lake City, Utah and is still in operation today! Ashely’s great grandfather was good friends with Hod Sanders and we use to visit with him at his store on 2nd south and 7th east in Salt Lake City. FYI

The 1828 dictionary, one of the foundations for definitions of American English words, lists Ubiquity but does not show ous as a suffix that was used. That was used later on to change the noun ubiquity to an adjective ubiquitous. Thank you Ashley, you used a word that I had fun researching.

2024-08-22 12:08:57 +0000 UTCTalking about passes I'm surprised chic fil a gets one with the big scandal of their ceo openly giving money (millions) to religious groups that participated in child conversion camps and the "apology" was basically saying sorry for getting caught. He was still found to give to groups that have openly anti LGBT stances. It's brushed off as that's how religions are or other large companies do bad stuff to.

2024-08-22 11:47:16 +0000 UTCIt still blows my mind that Fortnite started out as a failure. Pretty sure they spent like 7 years making it, it ultimately failed at release (low sales, poor reviews), and in 6 months it became a battle royale instead.
