The owner is a world renown coffee expert and has an hour long experience where he makes a siphon brew and walks you through the process and how the coffee changes as it cools. I've done it a couple times and it's incredible how complex and distinct the flavors are.

2024-04-11 06:05:04 +0000 UTCJust wanna mention that I learned about hail in like, elementary or middle school. I may not be completely correct, but I am like 90% sure I am right here. So what happens is that the rain gets blown upwards by some kind of force, probably wind, and then since it is colder, the rain freezes and falls back down. Then the frozen rain collects a lil more water and is pushed back up, where it freezes some more. After a few cycles of that, it gets so heavy that it can't be pushed up, so it falls to the Earth as hail. EDIT: unpaused and you got the answer 10 seconds later

From what I can tell James Gunn's new cinematic universe is called the DCU (pretty sure the old one was the DCEU). And you were correct that Joker is not part of it. When the initial plans for the DCU were announced James Gunn said something along the lines of some stories being separate from the main DCU and falling under the "Elseworlds" banner. This includes things like Joker, the sequel, and the Robert Pattinson Batman movies. Seems they are using this "Elseworlds" as a way to tell stories like The Batman and Joker without needing to make it all fit into the overall DCU story.
